Please send a copy of the spam email to abuse@stophatin.com and webmaster@stophatin.com as quickly as possible. The faster we get your email, then sooner we can take action against the spammer!

Our service is not for business use and most certainly not for unethical business practices such as spam. We hate spam even more than we hate the act of hating. We thought people would know not to abuse the service, in case they don't, we are making it official.

A good place to report and fight back against the exact individual that sent the email, surf on over to: http://spamcop.net. Copy and paste your entire email that you received including the full header information to this website and it will track down the sender's ISP and send a report to their system administrator. Most times you will find out that the email did not originate from stophatin.com.

What Is Spam?

Spamming is generally the act of sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). If you send a commercial announcement to anyone - without their consent - then you have spammed. More specifically, The Stop Hatin' Organization does not permit the following conduct, as agreed in your terms of service:

• Sending unsolicited commercial email from your stophatin.com account
• Using your stophatin.com address in the "From" or "Reply-to" of an unsolicited email message
• Embed a "mailto:" with your stophatin.com address within an unsolicited email message
• Even if you have a note at the top of your email about some government bill that says your email is legal and even if you have the word AD in your subject line, your account will be deleted and legal action will be taken.
  

If you use the stophatin.com free email service:

• Don't send any business email. Just use your @stophatin.com email address for communicating with friends and family.
• Don't put your @stophatin.com address in any outgoing business email.
